Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant at Sonoran Ocotillo, LLC, you will play an essential role in supporting our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing the office schedule, and assisting with customer inquiries. You’ll be responsible for preparing quotes, following up on sales leads, and helping to close sales. In addition, you will handle administrative tasks such as organizing files, invoicing, and coordinating with the team to ensure projects run efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
